Request deletion
Send a request from the email address linked to the Track My Car account with the subject "Track My Car account deletion".
Deleted data
After verification, deletion covers the user account, linked trackers, mobile identifiers, and location data associated with the account, except temporary retention strictly required for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
Timing
The request is processed within a reasonable time after verifying the requester identity. A confirmation may be sent by email when the operation is complete.
